FBRT Privacy Notice - February 15, 2010
This notice outlines how we use personal information when you use FBRT’s services, including information provided when you register for and use FBRT. Use of the FBRT website constitutes acceptance of this privacy notice.
Personal information
- You must have an FBRT account to use FBRT services. FBRT requires some personal information from you when you create an FBRT accounting—including your name, email address, mailing address, and a password.
- FBRT stores your personal information and other data relevant to your account in order to provide FBRT services.
- While you use FBRT, our server records certain information regarding your use of FBRT including account activity and other information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).
Uses
- FBRT uses your personal information to provide FBRT services to you – namely, when you request a Blu-Ray from another user and the other user accepts the request, FBRT sends the other user your name and mailing address in order to complete the exchange.
- FBRT uses your email address to contact you with notices and information relevant to your account.
- FBRT will not send you unsolicited marketing offers.
Information Sharing
- We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances as described in this Privacy Notice.
Your Choices
- You may change your FBRT account settings, including your personal information, through the FBRT “edit profile” section.
- You may terminate your account at any time through the FBRT “edit profile” section. Associated personal information is not retained when accounts are terminated.
Changes to This Policy
- This policy may be updated from time to time. FBRT will notify you via email of any intended changes to this document prior to changes taking effect.
