What Is FreeBluRayTrading.com?

• FreeBluRayTrading.com, or FBRT, serves as a platform designed for the organized trading of Blu-Ray movies by individuals.
• It is free to join, and free to use.
• Only registered users may use FBRT services.
• The use of FBRT services constitutes acceptance of all FBRT policies detailed herein.

How Does It Work?

• Register for an account here. Activate your account - you will be emailed a link. Log in at FreeBluRayTrading.com.
• Add some Blu-Rays to your Tradelist. The Tradelist is for Blu-Rays you own that you want to trade. When you add Blu-Rays to your Tradelist, they show up as "Available For Trade" and users who have added those titles to their Wishlists are notified automatically.
• At some point, users will begin requesting Blu-Rays from your Tradelist.
• In the meantime, start adding Blu-Rays to your Wishlist by browsing the Blu-Ray library.

How Do Trades Work?

• Users play one of two roles during a trade:
  
  • Sender (the user who lists a Blu-Ray for trade) 
    
  • Recipient (the user who requests the Blu-Ray)
• Credits are the currency of FBRT, you need them to request Blu-Rays. You get credits when...
  • You send a Blu-Ray from your Tradelist and the Recipient marks it as received, you get 1 credit
  • You have added 5 Blu-Rays to your Tradelist, you get 2 bonus credits
  • You refer an active member, you get 2 bonus credits

This notice outlines how we use personal information when you use FBRT’s services, including information provided when you register for and use FBRT. Use of the FBRT website constitutes acceptance of this privacy notice.

Personal information

• You must have an FBRT account to use FBRT services. FBRT requires some personal information from you when you create an FBRT accounting—including your name, email address, mailing address, and a password.
• FBRT stores your personal information and other data relevant to your account in order to provide FBRT services.
• While you use FBRT, our server records certain information regarding your use of FBRT including account activity and other information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

Uses

• FBRT uses your personal information to provide FBRT services to you – namely, when you request a Blu-Ray from another user and the other user accepts the request, FBRT sends the other user your name and mailing address in order to complete the exchange.
• FBRT uses your email address to contact you with notices and information relevant to your account.
• FBRT will not send you unsolicited marketing offers.

Information Sharing

• We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances as described in this Privacy Notice.

Your Choices

• You may change your FBRT account settings, including your personal information, through the FBRT “edit profile” section.
• You may terminate your account at any time through the FBRT “edit profile” section. Associated personal information is not retained when accounts are terminated.

Changes to This Policy

• This policy may be updated from time to time. FBRT will notify you via email of any intended changes to this document prior to changes taking effect.
